At The Bar, We, Scott and Michelle are passionate about fitness, health, and longevity. The Bar Quick Facts
Size: It is 2 levels with roughly 3,300 square feet of gym space, with rubber floors and 12' ceilings on the main floor.
Equipment: We have filled The Bar with best free weight equipment to help our members build a strong, balanced body. The Bar is outfitted with Rogue Fitness equipment.
Hours: We have 2 phone app key fob entries (Main Street and the alley behind the building) with access 24/7. Parking can be anywhere on Main Street, side streets or behind First National Bank. The Bar has software that gives you instant access. Once your membership is purchased online and your key is downloaded (kisi app), you are all set!
Vibe: With tall open ceilings, rock and brick walls, and continuous background music we hope to bring an enjoyable experience every time you walk in the doors. LED lights, bathrooms with showers and top of the line equipment will make your fitness journey enjoyable.
Other: We have free use of towels, cubbies for your belongings, and WIFI. It is an open floor space upstairs where we host our classes.
Future: We have a lot in store for The Bar's future! Scott is in the works of becoming a certified personal trainer and certified nutrition coach with NASM. We plan to bring some new equipment products and classes to the facility in the near future.
We are truly proud to call this place ours! Kyle and Taylor had a vision that they brought to life and we will continue to show them how important it is to us as we know it was to them. We hope everyone continues to enjoy this space as much as we do.
